NEW WEEKLY CLASS * Nada Yoga with Eva Zayat

Nada Yoga (The yoga of sound and Vibration)

What asana does to the body, the Nāda does to the mind and heart.

Nada provides focus, strength plasticity and adaptability to the mind, just as Asanas do to the body. Sounds exercise our mental energy and give it poise and stability just as Asana improves our physical condition.

When we practice sound and vibration, we can feel its resonance in each and every corner of our body, especially the mind and heart. With a focused mind, controlled breathing, and concentration on sounds Nada Yoga enables the mind to become quiet, and listening to the sound of the heart becomes possible.
