Vanessa was introduced to Ashtanga yoga 5 years ago. Through the years, yoga has changed her life on and off the mat. Her passion for Ashtanga yoga, allowed her to develop a daily practice that always helps her get her day started.
She attended several retreats and workshops with her favorite teachers around the world such as John Scott, Marc and Joanne Darby, Samuel Brown, and Tonie Nooyens. She wishes to always remain a yoga student to be able to share the beauty of yoga with others. This led her to pursue her 200Hr training in Ashtanga and Vinyasa in Sept 2017 in Mahalaya Yoga – Nepal and her Level 2 Sound Healing Meditation in May 2017.
