A classical asanas sequencing with a strong emphasis on the breath and maximum focus of the mind. It may sound simple and unglamorous but as is usual in the practice of yoga, nothing is what it seems from the outside, you must experience it to find out.

yaldaYALDA YOUNES
After cinema studies followed by flamenco training in Spain, Yalda has been dancing and teaching flamenco for about half her life. Constantly experimenting and searching within new territories. Inspired by the five elements of nature and digging into her own light and darkness, she encourages her students to adopt a truthful and personal approach to their practice. Her interest in yoga grew after having suffered dance injuries and used yoga practice to help her recover. But it is only her trainings in India under the guidance of teachers from the lineage of Tirumalai Krichnamacharya that revealed and allowed her to experience what yoga really is. Known as “the grandfather of modern yoga”, Krichnamacharya revolutionized the practice by believing that “yoga must be adapted to the individual, not the other way around.”
