Hail to the supreme, the auspicious one who brings happiness and joy, who dwells in the hearts of all.
This chant obviously praises the joyous and auspicious aspect of Shiva.
Shiva represents our higher, best, most elevated Self. The one we strive to attain through every step of our Yoga practice.
But while waiting to attain enlightenment, you might as well have some fun. Sing a happy song, wiggle, jiggle and swirl your hips, as many times as you can in this lifetime, never forgetting to wear a big happy smile on your sweet and awesome heart.
Shiva is YOU and YOU is always happy, YOU is always trouble free, YOU is waiting to unfold….so just dance a little!
