“Healthy plants and trees yield abundant flowers and fruits. Similarly, from a healthy person, smiles and happiness shine forth like the rays of the sun.” ~ B.K. S Iyengar

Like a strong and rooted tree we grow through cycles. Finding this life spiral in many kinds of movements and steps, beginning and ending in a collective and ritual dance between Earth and Sky.

African Dance is not only a body movement, but a “Soul exercise”.
Connecting with the solidity of the GROUND,fluidity of the WATER, lightness of the AIR and transforming, through the FIRE, from the inside, out.

The whole will be supported and nurtured by LIVE Music and sound effects perfomed by Ali Hout and Imad Hashisho.
