ME: I haven’t…. As an architect, I get to design and reconfigure external spaces, where as a yoga teacher, I get to suggest ways to help one refurbish their internal space.
I think of yoga as the architecture of the soul, asana as the architecture of the body, concentration and meditation as the architecture of the mind…I design my classes as an architectural project…so you see, even as a yoga teacher, I will never stop being an architect.
