JOY ROAR! GITANANDA YOGA FOR HAPPINESS AND HEALTH

SATURDAY MAY 24 / MATHILDE JAZZAR / 10:00 AM > 1:00 PM

Known as “The Lion of Pondicherry” Swami Gitananda represented a Bengali Tantric lineage emphasizing the concept of Polarity, the creation of balance and harmony in all dimensions of our being.
In this powerful workshop, be prepared to drop some of your inhibitions as you engage in crazy and perhaps outrageous “Kriyas” (energetic techniques) to expel tensions and negativities.
Revisit classical asanas under a completely different light with visualizations and special Pranayamas.
Start to unlock your breathing and energy, with a lengthy pranayama session including sophisticated techniques specific to Gitananda Yoga.
Explore states of consciousness with special Jnana Kriyas, mental techniques that are a bridge to meditation.
Long relaxation at the end!
Make sure to bring a bottle of water because of the detoxifying effect of the practice
