MY JOURNEY SINCE 2020 by Danielle Abisaab

The last four years have helped me shape my path more deeply, all the while shedding light on the untold struggles and triumphs that define my journey of exponential growth and radical trust in the realm of self-development. As a dedicated Yoga teacher, (23 years in the making now) I have transitioned from group classes to one-on-one sessions focusing on a more personalized and therapeutic approach to healing and growth. I have acquired new skills and certifications in holding space for all those interested in refurbishing their inner lives and building towards their highest potential.

I have delved into the therapeutic applications of yoga philosophy, integrating a holistic approach to address the nuances of individual experience. Guiding clients in self-regulating the possible mood disorders such as anxiety, fear, or depression, has become a cornerstone of my practice, utilizing somatic movement, breathwork and meditation as powerful tools for attaining inner balance and returning to homeostatis.

In parallel, my journey into sound therapy has opened new dimensions for holding space. Over the past four years, I’ve immersed myself in the intricate world of sound and its profound effects on our cellular memory. Through discovering the codes in my voice, I have discovered the soulful expression that resonates within each of us, unlocking layers of emotional baggage and facilitating profound release.

In addition to all these modalities, I have found immense value in holding various plant medicine ceremonies, fostering connection and introspection in a safe and nurturing space, as well as in unlocking suppressed trauma and facilitating profound spiritual experiences.

My journey continues to unfold, guided by a deep commitment to facilitating and inspiring positive transformation in all those I encounter. Each day, I am humbled by the revolutionary power of these ancient practices and modern insights, and I am honored to walk this path alongside my clients, supporting them on their own journeys of self-discovery and healing.
