BIO:

Almost a year and a half ago, Elias began practicing yoga on a daily basis, and it did not take long before he started noticing the positive impact it had on different aspects of his life. Following his intuition, he sold his car for a trip to Bali, Indonesia in November 2018, to complete a 200H YTT in VInyasa Yoga. Since then, Elias loves sharing his experience with others. He enjoys teaching and enabling people to have more self-acceptance and self- confidence, and to slowly take part in making this world a better place.
